It’s easy to say you love Jesus. But what happens when your actions tell a different story? In Week 2 of Words Matter, Pastor Luke unpacks James 2 and challenges us to examine whether our faith is more than just words. From the way we treat people to the way we serve those in need, authentic faith doesn’t just change what we believe. It changes how we live.
Discover what the Bible teaches about favoritism, loving your neighbor, showing mercy, and putting your faith into action. James reminds us that we can’t pick and choose who deserves our love, and we can’t claim a faith that never changes us. Join ONE Church in Fayetteville, Georgia, as we study the book of James and discover what it means to live out a real, active faith in Jesus. Words have the power to hurt, heal, build people up, or tear them down. In this message, Pastor Blake kicks off ONE Church’s new series, Words Matter, with a look at the book of James and what it means to live out an authentic faith in Jesus.
In “Sticks and Stones,” discover what the Bible teaches about the power of your words, controlling your tongue, overcoming temptation, persevering through trials, and putting God’s Word into practice. James challenges us to be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry. Because following Jesus is about more than hearing the truth. It’s about letting God transform the way we speak, the way we treat people, and the way we live. Watch or listen and discover how your words can bring life, strengthen relationships, and reflect your faith in Jesus.

Everybody bows to something. The question is, what has your ultimate allegiance?
In this final message of The One True King series, Pastor Blake challenges us to examine what truly rules our hearts. Whether it is success, money, sports, personal comfort, or the approval of others, even good things can become idols when we give them the place that belongs to Jesus alone.
In “What King Will You Bow To?”, we explore what the Bible teaches about worship, idolatry, surrender, and the authority of Jesus Christ. Through the stories of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego in Daniel 3 and the power of Jesus over the wind, waves, and spiritual darkness, we are reminded that every earthly kingdom is temporary, but the Kingdom of Jesus will never end.
The world tells us to follow our desires, protect our freedom, and live for what matters most to us. Jesus calls us to something greater: surrendering our lives to the One True King. The question is not whether you will bow to something, but whether what you worship is worthy of your allegiance.
Why bow to something that will eventually bow to Jesus?

Is Jesus really enough? Or do we believe we need to add something to what He has already done?
In Week Three of The One True King, Pastor Blake explores what it means to trust Jesus completely and recognize that nothing needs to be added to the finished work of Christ. In a world that constantly tells us we need more, Christianity can easily become “Jesus plus something” instead of resting in the truth that Jesus alone is enough.
“Jesus + NOTHING = Everything!” takes us into the heart of the gospel and explores grace, faith, salvation, the authority of Scripture, religious tradition, and the sufficiency of Jesus Christ. We look at the question of who gets the final word in our lives and why our hope is not found in our performance, a religious institution, a pastor, a tradition, or anything else we could add to Jesus.
Because of the cross, the debt is canceled. Because of the resurrection, the grave is defeated. And because of Jesus, we can approach God with confidence.
Jesus does not need an upgrade. He is enough.
If you have ever wondered whether you are doing enough for God, whether your faith is strong enough, or whether you need to do more to earn God's approval, this message points us back to the finished work of Jesus and the truth that salvation is found in Christ alone.

What does a counterfeit gospel look like? And how can we recognize the difference between the real Jesus and a counterfeit Savior?
In this message from The One True King series, we take a closer look at spiritual deception, false gospels, counterfeit Christianity, and the many ways truth can be distorted while still sounding familiar and spiritual. The enemy does not always present something that looks completely false. Sometimes the most dangerous deception looks almost true.
“Counterfeit Savior!” challenges us to test what we hear against the truth of Scripture and ask an even more personal question: Are we following the authentic Jesus, or a version of Jesus we have created for ourselves?
Jesus is not one option among many. He is the eternal Son of God, the crucified and risen Savior, and the One True King.
This message explores what the Bible teaches about false prophets, spiritual deception, the gospel of Jesus Christ, salvation, and the authority of King Jesus. More importantly, it challenges each of us to surrender our lives to the real Jesus, not the Jesus of our preferences, culture, or imagination.

What happens when we put ourselves, other people, or the things of this world on the throne that belongs to God?
In this opening message of The One True King series, Pastor Blake challenges us to consider who or what truly has authority over our lives. We all have a tendency to look for security, direction, identity, and control somewhere other than Jesus. But there is only one true King.
In “Jesus Is King,” we explore the authority and sovereignty of Jesus Christ, the danger of choosing our own way, and what it means to surrender control and give Jesus the final word over every area of our lives.
Jesus does not become King when we place Him on the throne. He is already King. The question is whether we will recognize His authority and surrender to Him as the One True King.
If you have questions about Christianity, faith, the Bible, God's authority, or what it really means to follow Jesus, this message is a great place to start.

What if God put you where you are for a reason?
You’re not just going to work. You’re being sent.
You’re not just dropping your kids off at school. You’re entering a mission field. Your neighborhood, your workplace, your classroom, your gym, your family, and your everyday life are all places where God can use you to love people and point them to Jesus.
In this message, Luke closes the EVERY ONE MATTERS! series with a challenge to stop thinking of “missions” as something that happens somewhere else and start seeing our everyday lives as the mission field God has already given us.
Jesus came to seek and save the lost, and He has called His followers to continue that mission. The Great Commandment calls us to love God and love people. The Great Commission calls us to go and make disciples. Together, they give us a simple roadmap for following Jesus:
LOVE GOD.
LOVE PEOPLE.
MAKE DISCIPLES.
The question isn't simply, “Am I going to church?”
The question is: “Am I living on mission?”
In this message, you'll discover:
• Why your everyday life is a mission field
• How to live on mission without going overseas
• Why your workplace, school, neighborhood, and family matter
• What it means to love everyone, every day, everywhere
• How ordinary people can make an eternal impact
• Why you don't need a platform, microphone, or title to be used by God
• How to start asking, “Jesus, who have You sent me to today?”
Jesus didn't call us to simply attend church. He called us to GO.
Everyone. Every Day. Everywhere.
At ONE Church, we believe our mission is to passionately love God and intentionally love people through our vision to Know God, Grow Deep, and Go Love.
Your mission field may be closer than you think.
So tomorrow morning, don't just go to work.
Go on mission.

What if the interruption is actually the assignment?
We live in a world that moves fast. Our calendars are full, our schedules are packed, and we're constantly focused on what's next. But what happens when God puts someone directly in front of us who needs to be seen, loved, and served?
In this message from the EVERY ONE MATTERS! series, Pastor Blake takes us through Jesus' story of the Good Samaritan and challenges us to rethink what it means to love our neighbor. Jesus shows us that real love doesn't simply notice a need—it moves toward it.
The Samaritan's compassion was inconvenient. It interrupted his plans, cost him time, and required him to sacrifice his own resources. But that's what makes his example so powerful. Loving people like Jesus means being willing to have our schedules interrupted for the sake of the people God puts in our path.
Jesus didn't treat people as interruptions to His mission. People were His mission.
This message will challenge you to slow down, notice the people around you, and ask a simple question:
“Jesus, who can I love today?”
In this message you'll discover:
Key Scriptures:
Luke 10:25–37
1 John 3:16–18
John 13:34–35
At ONE Church, we believe Every ONE Matters. Behind every name is a story, and every story matters to God. Our calling is simple: Everyone. Every Day. Everywhere.
So don't just walk past the ONE.
Stop. See them. Love them. Serve them.

In this episode of the B1 Podcast, we talk about why we were never meant to do life or faith alone.
Continuing the conversation from ONE Church’s “Don’t Grow Alone” message in the EveryONE Matters series, Pastor Blake and Pastor Mark unpack the importance of Christian community, authentic friendship, spiritual growth, and discipleship. In a culture where conversations often stay shallow, how do we move beyond small talk and actually grow deep with other people?
We talk about why real friendship requires commitment, why vulnerability can be so uncomfortable, and why we often hide the very wounds that could lead to deeper relationships. The goal isn’t simply to find people to hang out with—it’s to find people who will walk with us through the wins, the struggles, the questions, and the storms of life.
The conversation also explores what it means to be rooted together in Christ, the importance of having people ahead of us, beside us, and behind us in our faith, and how discipleship happens when we intentionally do life together.
If you’ve ever felt isolated, struggled to find genuine Christian friendships, or wondered how to grow deeper in your faith, this episode is for you.
You don’t need more content. You need community.
You were never meant to do this alone.

You were never meant to follow Jesus alone.
Salvation isn't the finish line—it's the starting line. Following Jesus means allowing Him to transform the way we live, think, serve, and love. And according to Scripture, that kind of spiritual growth doesn't happen in isolation.
In this message from the EVERY ONE MATTERS! series, we explore what it really means to GROW DEEP in our relationship with Jesus and why Christian community is essential to becoming more like Him.
Jesus didn't disciple people in isolation. He formed a community. The early church gathered together, shared life together, prayed together, and grew together. And today, we need that same kind of community.
Just like a tree's visible strength depends on roots we can't see, our spiritual lives are only as strong as the roots we're developing beneath the surface. We don't grow deep accidentally—we grow deep intentionally.
In this message, we'll discover:
Key Scriptures: Mark 8:35, Matthew 4:19, John 14:6, Colossians 2:6-7, John 15:4-5, Matthew 28:19-20, Acts 2:42, Acts 2:46
At ONE Church, we believe Know God. Grow Deep. Go Love. And growing deep doesn't happen alone. We grow deep together.
