Surprises can be great to give and receive during Christmas. But, as we enjoy them, it is good to remember that the fulfillment of God's promises is not meant to be a surprise. Christmas is the celebration of God's fulfilled promise to send His very son to be our savior. Just as God promised to send Jesus the first time, he promises to send him again. We can look forward in HOPE, confidently anticipating Christ's second coming and the fulfillment of his promises throughout scripture.

Even though the book of Acts ends with Paul in Rome, the mission of God and the advancement of his kingdom continues today.

As the gospel begins to go to the ends of the world, God directs Paul where to go to advance the kingdom.

Saul was a murderer of Christians and was redeemed by Jesus to become Paul the apostle.

In this message, we explore the journey of Peter, an unassuming fisherman who became a pillar of the early Church through the power of the Holy Spirit. God often elevates the ordinary to a life of extraordinary purpose and action.

We see God using suffering for His purposes as Stephen's death expands the Gospel from Jerusalem to Judea and Samaria.

Believers pray to be near God and to be empowered to share God with others.

The Table of Grace- The table of grace reminds us that we have been given grace over our sin, we are in constant need of grace as we are tempted regularly, and will one day experience a grace in heaven free from sin, sickness and death.
