write out everything that needs to be addressed in your bedroom
you need a clean bed, this is your past safe place and you to keep it as well as you can, this means cleaning the bed sheets and pillow cases
maybe opening a window and leaving fresh air in, might e a good idea
pick up all the dirty clothes off the floor
hoover the floor
tidy your dressing table, your book shelves.
tidy your wardrobe,
doing all your toiletries; toilet, wash hands, brush teeth, brush hair, a hot shower with soap and shampoo, a cold shower
change your clothes
clean the windows and mirrors.
