hello beautiful people! welcome to season 2 of one day at a time. it's been a while, and to say the least i truly missed you all. last year i took a step back from this project to truly be present and focus on what i needed to. although there was no new episodes last year, i saw continued support and growth on here. i even saw that this podcast had the privilege to be awarded 3 times in 2025! that wouldn't have been possible without you. that reminds me that there's a community within here that is full of support and makes me fall in love with what i do, so thank you!
