Bio from August: Marcus graduated from Alabama A&M University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering w/a concentration in Manufacturing and a minor in mathematics in 2020.  Now, Marcus is working as a Power Delivery Distribution Engineer at Alabama Power. Marcus is an avid mentor and intentionally shows up in all spaces with the mindset of service and the sharing of knowledge.

Meet Chris! Chris graduated from Baruch College with a B.B.A. in Finance with a dual minor in Complex Mathematics and Corporate Communications in 2019. Now, Chris works as a Contracts Management Specialist at Boeing Defense. Chris is also the CEO of Rangon Career Services, where he serves as an entry-level career coach and mentor.

Meet Tyson! Tyson graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Computer Engineering in 2021. Now, Tyson works as a Technical Program Manager at Microsoft. Tyson is also a Co-Founder of the Polar Foundation, which is a nonprofit focusing on providing financial aid and resources to high school and college students.

Meet Xavier! Xavier graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Information Systems in 2021. Now, Xavier works as an Associate at Montfort Ventures, which is a startup fundraising advisory firm. He also works as a Venture Capital Scout for 16VC, global venture capital firm investing in early-stage startups worldwide.

Meet Selchia! Selchia graduated from Drake University with a BA in Journalism & Mass Communications in 2015. Afterward, she graduated from Iowa State University with a Master of Science in Journalism & Mass Communications. Now, Selchia is on her second expat experience, currently living in Brazil after having lived in China right after graduating from Drake. She is a wife to her best friend and a mom to her sassy toddler twin working for John Deere as the HR People Experience Lead of Latin America.

Meet Neidelyn! Neidelyn graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Accounting with a concentration in Real Estate in 2020. Now, Neidelyn is a Senior Associate at JP Morgan, where she focuses on the consumer banking strategy. Neidelyn also serves as the chair of the Junior Board of the World of Money, a nonprofit focused on financial literacy for black and brown communities in New York.

Meet Michael! Michael graduated from Alabama A&M University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Computers and Minor in Mathematics in 2018. He also earned his Master's in Systems Engineering from Alabama A&M University in 2020. Now, Michael is a Principal Electrical Engineer at Northrup Grumman, a global aerospace and defense company.

Meet EJ! EJ graduated from Alabama A&M University with a B.A. in Political Science and Government in 2019. He also earned his MBA from Alabama A&M University in 2021. Professionally, EJ has served the City of Birmingham, AL in the mayor's office and on the mayor's re-elect campaign. Now, EJ is earning his JD at Samford University's Cumberland School of Law expected to graduate in 2026.

Meet Brandon! Brandon graduated from Duke with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 2021. Now, Brandon works as a Consultant at Accenture, a global consulting and technology company.
