You can't spell ELITE without ELI and the veteran will be back under center following Daniel Jones ankle injury. Should Jones have been back in last week at all after his trip to the tent? A few injury notes, along with some NFC East all time worst(?) division chatter. The guys also expand their view, picking an additional 3 games on top of the Eagles vs Giants outcome. Adam and Andy come in hot on a cold Sunday morning! Packers come to play, and we wish they'd go away. Cold, wet, winter weather is in store and the New York Giants will be without Tate, Engram and Peppers for the game.

Another game, another loss for the NY Football Giants. Big Blue falls 14-19 to the Chicago Bears on Sunday, in spite of a respectable defensive performance. Chicago was held to under 70 rushing yards, and even turned the ball over twice in this game. Adam and Andy discuss how the Giants actually found themselves leading at halftime, but a 150 yard passing performance from Daniel Jones along with a strip fumble which led to 7 points certainly spelled doom. 2 missed field goals from Rosas, one on a bad snap, along with troubled play from the slot corner position all added up to another up and down - uneven performance from the Giants. The guys break all this down, while handing out a few compliments to players that still put good film on tape in a week 13 loss.

Adam and Andy welcome in Zack and Aaron from The Bear Report podcast to talk all things New York Giants vs Chicago Bears. Zack and Aaron give their perspectives on the Bears offensive struggles, specifically the QB, and then also the ever so slightly under performing defense. Both teams are in a sad state at the moment, there is always reason for hope! Adam wonders if there is buyers remorse from the Mack trade, while the guys also field the inevitable "Pat Shurmer?" questions and who is best to lead this franchise forward. They also talk the offensive line and the impressive play of youngster Gates. With injuries to Solder and Remmers, the guys talk about where this line has rated out, the potential damage to Hernandez growth, and how this team needs to evaluate talent over the last 6 games. To that end, Adam poses the question should the Giants bench Baker in favor of Beal? All this plus a few couching names out there in the wind and who Andy would put his vote behind to take over the sinking ship that is The New York Football Giants!

Adam and Andy talk about the loss to the now 2 win Jets on Sunday, while also taking a birds eye view on the persistent issues for this team. Adam concedes the defense is a disaster, while Andy proclaims he is DONE, DONE, DONE with James Betcher. But there are some bright spots to highlight with Daniel Jones throwing for 4 touchdowns, 2 of which were caught by rookie WR Darius Slayton. With a 10 for 121, 2TD line, Slayton made a strong case that he deserves a starting role on this team going forward.
