One Hell Of A Road Trip

If you can hear music your mind has too much activity.

Allow it to focus on hearing silence beyond the music.

Life has to be lived before wisdom can be viewed.

These podcasts have been created to guide us through the journey of life. Our journey is not always smooth sailing and can be filled with inner turmoil, battles, conflicts, and struggles. However, it is through these experiences that we can transform our lives for the better. Let's use humour as a tool to heal ourselves, allow laughter to uplift our spirits and celebrate the fact that someone has been listening to our struggles.

This talk reflects "You can see, you can feel, but can you hear yourself communicating."

Be encouraged, be inspired and be prepared.

Life has to be lived before wisdom can be viewed.
