Welcoming you to the series with our first conversation - our guest - Anu Patnaik a Photographer working in the film Industry in Mumbai.

I believe that The work of a person should live beyond the life of the person. The cycle of social evolution is such. Our great grandparents and grandparents struggled hard to bring freedom that we enjoy. Our parents worked hard to establish industries, educational systems and basic governance policies that are the framework of our lives today.

But what is it that we create for the generations to come?

What’s our dream for the India that will wake up on 15th Aug 2047 to celebrate 100 years of freedom?

What will be the mindset of people? What will be our economic standing? What will we be proud of? What will we be struggling with?

So much to imagine! So here’s what I did!

I met and spoke to 100 people about their lives in India. I spoke to them about who they are today and what they do and what they experience. I spoke to them about their vision for India at 100 years of Freedom.

I found so many fascinating stories and I, Amar Kulkarni, want to bring those stories to you.
