Why do we do what we do?

It’s so important that we as a church ask this question. It helps us stay focused on the vision that God has given us, it brings clarity in every season and it unifies our hearts as we walk together as a church family. 

Every Sunday morning we gather together. It’s a beautiful thing for the church to be together each week. But have you ever stopped to ask, why do we do what we do on Sunday mornings? 

At One Life we gather on Sundays in order to practice spiritual rhythms in community so that we can practice them in our everyday lives. 

We don’t randomly “do stuff” on Sunday mornings. We are intentional. We have a common liturgy. We practice spiritual rhythms together in hopes that each of us will practice them throughout the week. 

Over the next 7 weeks we will explore the spiritual rhythms that we practice together each Sunday so that we can know why we do what we do.
