Pastor Mike Skidelski takes us through John 5:1-14.
In this passage, Jesus demonstrates His authority over creation and our physical being and desires to partner with us to be made well--made whole--spiritually, mentally, emotionally. We see Christ's grace, compassion, and provisions on three levels:
Level 1 - This Man
Level 2 - The World
Level 3 - The Church
God's pursuit and rescue of Jonah give us a picture of His heart and how He relates to each of us. He is patient and desires all of us to taste His grace afresh. Knowing His grace, kindness, and mercy more and more deeply will draw us into genuine, heartfelt worship.
A Psalm of David scrolling through his soul's photo memories, remembering the snapshots and videos of God's goodness and faithfulness in his life. Here his soul remembers and responds in praise.
