Marvin Freeman spent 10 seasons in the Major Leagues pitching for the Phillies, Braves, Rockies and White Sox. He's a big man at 6' 7" with the heart and personality to match.
In this episode Marvin talks about getting drafted twice and being notified by Western Union with a telegram. He also shares two pieces of memorabilia from heroes that he met in Ernie Banks and Hank Aaron.
Perhaps the best story of this episode though is when Marvin tells us about the time Rick Sutcliffe threw four straight fastballs at him and why. His take on trash talk and bat flips make this a fun filled 30 minutes.
Marvin is a funny but also informative follow on Twitter (@MarvinFreeman84) and Instagram (@FreemanBaseball).
In this episode the guys head back to Japan as Spilly has found more stuff while cleaning out his basement.
Balls, gloves, shoes and weird scouting reports are all part of the conversation that eventually lead the guys to great memories of fun teammates during their time in NPB.
Steve Sparks pitched 9 seasons in the Major Leagues throwing the most unique pitch in the game, the knuckleball. Knuckleball pitcher always seem to have a knuckleball personality to match and Steve is no exception.
In this episode hilarity ensues as Sparky kicks things off by telling his grandma how bad of a teammate CJ was, who for some reason decides it's a good idea to wear his little league jersey. Steve shows us some fun items with stories including:

Eric Karros spent 14 seasons in the Major Leagues with 12 of those coming as a member of the Los Angeles Dodgers. EK also works for Fox Sports and has been one of the best baseball analysts on television since 2004.

Historically he has two great stories about the Bartman game as a member of the 2003 Cubs and how he acquired a historic piece of Giants memorabilia the team from San Francisco thought they had in their possession.
In this episode Spilly & CJ cover items they've collected that are in frames. Spilly gets personal with a major milestone and how he turned it into a joke with his wife. He also shows us an amazing picture of his father and grandfather while also sharing an item that unbeknownst to him, kicked off his career in media.
CJ shares a gift from Fox that commemorated a moment on live TV that went viral in 2015 with the Hit King Pete Rose. He also shares an autographed item from two great icons in Motown baseball history. Lastly a gift from a fan that hangs proudly in his office that he doubts any of his children will ever want.
