At 11 am on 28th July, we got together for our first Retrograde party, yay!! Saturn, Mars, Neptune, Pluto and now Mercury are all in an ostensible backward movement and that can make us feel very unsettled, like something is missing, but we can't quite put our finger on it or even find that one solution that will make it alright. Today's call attempted to do so. We took a look at the beautiful and awesome Matangi Mudra (it will see us through the rest of the year!) and then we traveled to meet our own unique unicorns!!

For those who could not be on the live call - If possible, keep an apple or apples close by. Do be fresh and showered, but don't wear any perfume, although you may dab some rose aroma oil - Unicorns attach to our natural body smell and yours will find you by yours.

1.The Matangi Mudra is held with fingers interlocked and middle finger pointing ahead (images in attached. The second image is only to show how it looks sideways, it is not to be held sideways)

2. The mudra is held at the chest/solar plexus area and the middle finger points forward i.e  paralled to the ground

3. We do NOT point this hold upward   I would love to hear back from you!  Remember - keep yourself hydrated!
