Do you feel like you have to have all the answers, not only for others, but also for yourself? Do you struggle to understand the mysteries of suffering and death? I’ve been there but for all my striving I couldn’t find any satisfactory answers. Then in a moment of crisis I experienced the miracle of God’s presence. There were no answers, no supernatural understanding, but in His presence, I found peace and so can you.
“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hears be troubled and do not be afraid.”
Lord Jesus, give us something greater than answers, even greater than understanding. Give us Your peace that transcends all understanding. In Your holy name we pray. Amen.
