1)The חסידים ראשונים would prepare for an hour before שחרית , we don’t need to, but should be there early in order to have your mind set. 🧘‍♂️🚶🏼‍♂️

2)This can apply especially before מנחה , because it’s in middle of the day and it’s a short תפילה, so you should definitely try to come early to מנחה. 🏃‍♂️💨

3)A person should daven מתוך שמחה של מצוה, and a great way to do that is to learn before davening, but you should not learn בעיון, because that’ll cause you to be thinking about the סוגיה during davening, so you should learn something more פשוט like הלכה (one minute Halacha with Rav Ari), מוסר etc. 📖🧐💭
