We've all been there, working those late nights, swimming in so much paperwork that we forgot to eat. No time to fit exercise into our schedule because we're busy, busy, busy! Before you know it, Boom! Burnout, Hypertension, Stress. You have successfully sabotaged your own health...yikes! We sit around and put things off, blocking our own blessings! We speak negatively of ourselves, ALSO blocking our blessings. The list goes on! We're definitely going to have to put a holt to that mess!
