The Flash, season 8, episode 10. It's Frost's turn to deal with the Black Flame meta and family dynamics! The Black Flame meta is after Frost and Team Flash enlists the help of Caitlin and Frost's mother, Carla, to trap it. In Coast City, Iris's time sickness gets worse as she helps Tinya find her birth mother. 

The Flash, season 8, episode 9. Chester is being targeted by the black flame meta and he has his theories why. Sue is back and she and Iris take off for Coast City to find out how new metas are made. 

The Flash, season 8, episode 8. Cue the air horns, it's our 100th episode! Barry's determined to prove a fire meta has been framed while dealing with the memory of his father. Allegra has some clashes at work. 

The Flash, season 8, episode 7. Barry and Kramer have to come together in a dangerous situation so it's time for everyone to like Kramer, including Barry, whether we want to or not. Caitlin deals with her romance issues. 

The Flash, season 8, episode 6. The main cast gets a much needed day off as Nora and Bart time travel back in time for a filler episode that answers all the questions you didn't have about the Royal Flush Gang.
