One More Thought

Pastor Chris Williams joins this podcast this week and he is ready to tackle lots of questions with Pastor Heath Watts! They discuss some difficult truths about love and judgement and how the red letters (the words of Jesus) still amaze us today. Dive into this portion of Luke 6 for yourself and let us know what stands out to you.

Luke 5 is packed with transformation stories! Listen in as Pastor Heath Watts talks with Paige Allen about the richness of this one chapter. What does it mean for God to call us into deep waters? How does it change our thinking when we realize Jesus answered the leper, "I am willing." And what kind of friends would be willing to tear off a roof to get their buddy to Jesus. This is a fun episode that will leave you with lots to think about.

Welcome to One More Thought, a weekly podcast produced by Church on the Rock in Lubbock, Texas. This week, Pastor Heath Watts sits down with our Executive Pastor of Outreach, Pastor Josh Ramirez to talk about Luke 4. From Jesus' temptation in the wilderness to His empowerment of the Holy Spirit as He begins to preach and heal, Luke 4 is filled with encouragement and wisdom for us today. We encourage you to read Luke 4 for yourself to discover one more thought the Lord wants to speak to your heart this week!
