Alva Sueiras is a culinary and hospitality consultant, university professor and food, wine and travel journalist. She also draws and writes. She’s from Spain but lives in Uruguay since 2012. Bachelor degree in Hospitality Business Administration (Les Roches) and Superior Diploma in Restaurant services and hospitality (Escuela Superior de Hostelería de Sevilla). She studies sommellerie in the Facultad de Química of the Universidad de la República in Uruguay. She has experience in executive positions in the hospitality and gastronomy industry. She also managed hospitality and gastronomy schools.
