Szocs Boruss Miklos Attila is a young peasant farmer from central Transylvania, Romania growing and processing traditional varieties of fruits trees and vegetables. He is president of Eco Ruralis - national association of agroecological peasant farmers. Attila has a bachelors degree in Agrarian Studies - Environmental Engineering and an MsC in Plant Protection. Besides being a practitioner of agroecology, Attila is active in Eco Ruralis on the issues of peasants right and access to land, the EU’s Common Agricultural Policy and the social and political promotion of Peasant Agroecology.
