Hi Friends,

I recorded the above video in August of 2021. I don’t recall if I shared it anywhere. I could have recorded the exact same video today, or last year, or in 2018 or 2016 or pick a year. We live in a violent and insane world. We’re all feeling it to some degree. I’m someone who practices (and doesn’t always succeed) at looking for the potential gifts when everything feels like it’s falling apart. I focus on one potential gift throughout this video and invite you to share other potential gifts you are feeling during this difficult time, in this often too-difficult reality.

I say f**k and b******t a lot in the video, just FYI. If you can make it through the profanity and the general heaviness, I’m hopeful you’ll find something that resembles inspiration, or at least a gentle/maybe-not-so-gentle nudge toward a deeper commitment to truth, and to love.

I’d love to know how you feel about receiving more videos in general, and invite you (always) to share with me how you feel this newsletter could feel more meaningful and fulfilling for you. I’m all ears.
