What would you recommend to a person who has had saline implants for almost 19 years? Actually, i have no problems with them but want to have out before I do?

My husband has digestive issues just lots of gas and if he eats heavy meat seems to have to have a digestive enzyme or else he feels horrible. Also at night he is extremely hot. I can’t get close to him because his body puts off so much heat. Any suggestions for him.
