David Medansky, born and raised in the Chicago metropolitan area, graduated from the University of Arizona School of Law in 1991. Medansky practiced family law in Phoenix, Arizona until 2004.
In July of 2016, David weighed 220 pounds. His doctor told him to lose weight or find another physician because he didn't want David dying of a heart attack on his watch. Within five months, Medansky dropped 50 pounds. Being an author, he decided to write about his incredible weight loss journey in his first weight reduction book, "Discover Your Thinner Self" to inspire others to achieve their weight loss goals. His Second weight reduction book, "If Not Now, When? Reduce Weight - Create a Healthy Lifestyle in 90 Days" tells the reader not only WHAT to do to lose weight, but HOW to do it.
