In today's episode, I will talk about a big concept, achieving freedom. I want to help you feel free from guilt, shame, negativity, judging and even holding yourself back. I’m going to do that by having you ask yourself one simple question, “What are you making it mean?”
Topics discussed:
Circumstances are factual, what you make them mean determines how you feel
If the person working out next to you is giving it 110% you could choose to let it motivate you or intimidate you
If you are stuck in comparison and judgment, you aren’t free
This can apply to food choices, business comparisons, weighing more than you expected
Choose to evaluate and think on purpose
See if there is another way to approach the thought process that gives you more freedom
Even if something seems negative you don’t have to make it mean something bad to you
