So how do we fix this murder mess we are in? While there are several different ways it can be done, here are three:

1. We need a Miracle and those come from God.

2. We need mega-Money to sustain wrap around services long term for all families in our community that need them.

3. We need good Mangers (leaders) of resources who will keep the issues out front and finish the job.
