Peter Gordon (PG) 25 Years at the Eagle Radio, Breakfast Show Presenter, now the newly created ‘The Peter Gordon Pod’

The station launched with PG at the helm and the station began with the words “Hey I’ve Landed” a tribute to Neil Armstrong, and the first song played “Billy Joel – Uptown Girl”

He remembers the days off his first ever broadcast on the air, and feeling very nervous, he has fond members of his time at the Eagle with loyal listeners and staff and what UKRD Group achieved.
