The Manx Citizens Advice Service provides free impartial advice to people for a variety of problems, including Housing issues, Benefits advice, Help with relationship breakdowns, Faulty goods or poor workmanship and Employment issues. The Service is also authorised to make food bank referrals.

We found out about the Ramsey Branch - where it all began - speaking with Chairperson Jill Windsor and Organiser Francis Masserick who work for the Charity.

We find out about Transformational Breathing sessions this weekend, raising money for Soundcheck Charity and held in memory of a very special young man, musician Cody Atzori who passed unexpectedly in 2021 aged just 18. We also hear about Inner Alchemy's new ice bath... and Christy considers the idea of trying it out!
