A year ago today, I released In The Room, the last songs recorded in my original studio, inside the home where everything changed.
That home held grief, healing, and the long, hard road of recovery. It was where I survived a traumatic brain injury. Where my kid left home. Where my grandfather passed. And where I fought like hell to keep creating.
This episode is a reflection on the music, the space, the pain, and what it means to leave a version of yourself behind.
Thank you for walking with me.
