I wanted to verbalize the writings of both Lindsay Berra , the grand-daughter of Yogi Berra (https://x.com/lindsayberra?lan...) and the commemoration by the Yogi Berra Museum of Lawrence P. Berra's involvement with D-Day , 80 years ago. Intriguingly enough, the Yankees extended their win streak to 8 games and scored 8 runs on June 6, 2024, the number that Yogi wore while winning 10 chamionships and becoming a Yankees legend. Beyond the field Yogi is truly an American hero and icon and that is why I wanted to honor him on One Leg Up With Alex Garrett today!
