If you have ever been on a OneLink trip, you know about the often hard-to-define role of the Assistant Team Leader. Responsibilities are hard to define and each Team Leader needs different things from his/her ATL. How much authority do you have? When is it time to lead? When is it time to follow? 

Today we bring on OneLink alumni who have all served as ATLs to talk about the common struggles and nuances about this role and offer encouragement to any and all who have previously been an ATL or are preparing to serve as one. It may be tricky, but it is a calling and a gift!
