In this episode the non-dynamic, non-duo talk about the resistances that arise when one tries to establish a mindfulness or meditation practice. Essentially by talking in circles, K-man and Ev shed light on unseen cycles. 

This is the episode in which the hosts hit their stride and the conversation flows smoothly.  Moments of silence are, again, not edited out as the hosts themselves sometimes have to pause in order to process where the conversation has taken them. It seems that Oneness Radio is just as much a spontaneous journey for Ev and K-man as it is for the listener.

True to the intent of the podcast, the hosts jump into the conversation with no particular topic, but rather discuss what they are currently experiencing and the result is left to the listener to evaluate. There is no editing for gaps of long silence as the hosts felt this could be useful and keeps thing more authentic. 

In this episode K-man and Ev discuss an alternative approach to the usually bland concept of Sin that gives one a leg up as opposed to a put down with a dash of inner peace for some added flavor. 

This episode addresses one of the themes which will thread the previous episodes together: Your spirituality should be beneficial to you, without judgement and directly experiential.  However, what you consider 'You' may evolve over time. 

In this episode of Oneness Radio, Ev and K-man attempt to breach the concept of unconditional love. It's an attempt because of the vast number of interpretations of this topic. In a sense, they go deep into it, but realize that they have only scratched the surface. This will be a subject revisited many times in upcoming episodes.

In the second episode of Oneness Radio, the hosts, Ev and K-man, have their first guest on the podcast, D.  The three of them naturally flow into a conversation about spirituality and children, and discuss how they deal with trying to develop as a person through the process of parenting and working with kids. This topic definitely merits further discussion in future podcasts.  

In the first episode of Oneness Radio the hosts, Ev and K-man, discuss the reasons and intentions for the podcast and get into a discussion that sets the tone for the series, touching on various topics within the umbrella of spirituality and inner development.
