She has trained at the University of Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital Department of Out Patient Psychiatry, Mount Sinai’s Medical Center Emergency Room , Henderson Mental Health Clinic, and Here’s Help for Addictions to name a few.

The doctor has earned a PhD in Psychology, and a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Masters in Clinical Social Work. She graduated from Boston University, Barry University and Columbia Pacific University. Whether its psychotherapy or coaching, she believes in intense treatment and will often work with singles, families and couples for 90 to 120 minutes. Sometimes 2 days back to back. She has been known to fly to your city and work with couples and extended families for entire weekends. Currently Dr. Arvon sees private patients in Aventura, Doral and Plantation , Florida. Follow-up sessions are always available in the Office or on the Phone, Skype and FaceTime. Many of her patients prefer do this for convenience and when they are traveling.
