In accordance with the Moscow Law on the budget for 2021 and the planning period of 2022 and 2023, the city plans to issue government bonds in the amount of up to 396 billion rubles in 2021, up to 178.5 billion rubles - in 2022, up to 44.1 billion rubles - in 2023.

Currently, the Moscow Government has approved the terms of the issue and circulation of bonds and the Decision on the issue of several Moscow bond issues. It is planned to enter the bond market in the near future.
