Therapy is such a taboo topic and/or let alone word in the black community and I believe this is one of the reasons why many of us continue to suffer from old trauma. I’ve decided to participate in online therapy since everything is streamed, why can’t this be something I do also? Look at your life and determine if therapy is something you could benefit from. Remember, do it for you with no regard to what other people think.
