Mbuso Mahlangu is a South African Born Music Producer that specializes under the Electronic umbrella on multiple House Music Subgenres commonly known as Deep Tech, Minimal, Dubby, Ritual to name a few.

Started the music scene the year 2013 while he was on his first year at tertiary doing studies in relation to Fine Art and Graphic Designing. His influences range from legendary artists such as ; Fela Kuti, Andreas Vollenweider, Hugh Masekela, Abdullah Ibrahim and of course House sensations of the likes of Jimpster, Marc Romboy, Rocco, Atjazz, Osunalde, Stimming, DJ Gregory, Stephan Bodzin to name a few.

His friend and business partner Kabelo Mutubi who is also a music producer with LAW qualifications under his belt did enough 'justice' by providing Digital Audio Workstation Software(s) for UniQue89 to launch him self at once.

He has been producing and planted his craft on famous streaming and downloading sites for exposure and for marketing bases of course.

His career beginnings can be traced back when he first worked with artists like Dave-Eaux and Fortunato as he was featured for making a remix for an EP called Thirsty Cowboy which was released on the 25th of June 2017 under AfroMove Music.

UniQue89 as he is known, released his first single 'Optical Illusion' under a stable namely El Mental Souls Music on April 15th 2018.

He is an artist more tuned in and highly focused on studio works than the deejaying sphere though masses of listeners have the power to lure any producers to the fore front of being on the decks.
