Coaching Question: What’s your motivation at work? Get real and honest. When we work for a charity, we take for granted that all motivations are honest and true, but that is simply not the case. There might be a mix of motivations at work, and even more, a mix of motivations on the teams you’re on or leading. If you can write down your motivation, and the why behind that motivation, you might uncover something deeper about what is driving your momentum at work.
