On this episode Bundy kicks off "In The News", with a discussion about Mystikal and why his freedom got stripped away (and why he just won't buy the type of sex he likes), moving on to discuss the backlash Beyonce received for using her Freedom of speech on her album "Renaissance" and the ablest term that has people in an uproar finally discussing the Brittney Griner sentence in Russia and why her freedom was stripped away. Plus the freedom of other like Chicago Soul Trap Legend MCTreeG, Big Slime, Choppa City BG and more. After a brief intermission "N.Y.A.B." (N*gga You Ah B*tc#) Ms. Jayna Williams and her Freedom being taken for not having the common sense to either quit or just walk off the job and deal with the consequences. Instead she involved Law Enforcement, her family all because she wanted to leave early. Finally before the Church doors are opened Bundy blesses you with "4 Useless Facts".

On this episode of the Supreme Show, Bundy goes at it solo and kicks off the show with "In The News". The first topic up for discussion was "Monkey Pox", the effect on its victims and how real this epidemic is. Also the misconceptions about it being a "gay disease" and more. The conversation shifts to Gucci Mane and his new single "Dissin the dead", the impact of Wop (King of dissing the dead) calling on rappers to stop doing it. After a brief intermission we award Brooklyn pastor Lamor Whitehead and his robbers the N.Y.A.B. award. The robbers for hating, the Bishop for giving off Lamar and Rufus (R.Kelly "Trapped in the Closet" characters) vibes in his promo videos flexing his wealth. On this episode Bundoza discusses Summer music and the all around feel of the summer vibe. It kicks off with "In The News" discussing "Sounds of Summer" and why they are important. Moving on to the mass shooting in Highland Park, Illinois and the suspect Robert "Bobby" Crimo III, we send our love and prayers out to all victims of senseless violence around the world. We discuss different ways he could've effectively spread his message without senseless violence. Wrapping up "In The News" with a call for the Freedom of Brittney Griner, BG (Hot Boyz), YNW Melly, Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving, Big Slime (Young Thug), Drew Peterson and some what R.Kelly (keep the rapist). After a brief intermission Bundy discusses recent comments made by Shawn Stockman, founder of Boyz II Men about the state of R&B and why we need to get back to a softer side of music. This thing wraps up with "What to Watch" and Bundy suggest "Body Brokers" on HBOMax featuring the late great Omar from the Wire (Michael C. Williams).
