Adam has recently retired from the Property Management industry mainly servicing his own portfolio and working on his own projects. However, he has so many years of experience in residential property management operating as a key role property manager training landlords and working with them to improve their rental property situations. 

Property management is not an easy business. You are generally dealing with landlord and tenant issues that sometimes go to the landlord and tenant board ontario to resolve disputes having to do with tenant not paying rent, residential tenancy act ontario disputes or disagreements, ontario lease agreement violations and more. Landlords who have problems with their rental property and tenancies will ask questions such how to evict a tenant in Ontario and do so under the right circumstances and for the right reasons. Adam has experience being a Landlord and a Property Manager operating at a professional level, giving him expertise and skills at dealing with almost any situation you can name.
