Legislation passed in 2005 gave the province of Ontario 20 years to become fully accessible. It was a bold idea but with two decades to make it happen it felt quite doable at the time. Twenty years after the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act went into effect 980 CFPL's Mike Stubbs speaks with Dr. Jeff Preston, an Associate Professor of Disability Studies at King's University College about where the province is now when it comes to being totally accessible.
