The Creation of the Universe! We've got Manda from Taste of Dragons back on to school us on the origins of D&D lore. She puts her years of experience with D&D history and novels to enlighten us on the beginnings and evolution of lore in D&D. This was a tough episode as it was the first of the recent books we reviewed that we didn't really like. There are some good ideas but maybe not enough meat on the bone for the price. It's not a hate-cast but listen if you're thinking of buying Strixhaven: A Curriculum of Chaos.

On this 23rd episode we interview another South Florida local dungeon master, DJ. DJ goes into his long running work game which involved breaking in new players and letting them know it's okay to not sneak EVERYWHERE. This is a good look into the life of a self-described forever DM. Given his play situation, DJ goes hard on the opportunities he's had to play long-term.

Our guest this time around is a DM new to South Florida, though not new to the game at all. Nathan goes in on how his first gaming experience involved a school teacher's character taking bodies into bushes, how his first session as DM went "perfectly", and playing his favorite Kobold Paladin that will just not die.
