Darius is the founder of the Austin based dark-wave band, Haunt Me. I had the sweet fortune of meeting Darius at his merchandise table, attending a show he recently performed in San Antonio. Not only is he a talented musician and writer, but also the host of the podcast, "The Devil's Hour: A Podcast For The Strange & Unusual." Enjoy! 

Patrick Farris is a local San Antonio poet and he also co-hosts the Imaginary Toads podcast. I've wanted to record a conversation with Patrick since I first met him and we finally made it happen. He was the first new conversation of 2022 and it was such a delight to speak with and learn from him! Enjoy! 

This episode was recorded in the Spring of 2018. I met Bentli at Craig Hospital in Denver, Colorado; the spinal cord and/or brain injury rehabilitation hospital. I was there originally in 2013 to learn how to live in a wheelchair. I am forever grateful for the grace they added to such a life-changing event, the staff and new friends. This conversation is another recorded in 2017. I met Rick while I was working a part time job for Bath Fitter. I was sitting at a bath tub display at the Iowa State Fair and he and his wife wandered through. They had the most welcoming demeanor and I was able to get Rick's number. We later scheduled a phone interview and this episode holds our conversation. I was so encouraged by Rick and so grateful for his willingness to speak with me, having no real idea who I was. What a gift!
