  • Episode 7 - Bentli Blaze

This episode was recorded in the Spring of 2018. I met Bentli at Craig Hospital in Denver, Colorado; the spinal cord and/or brain injury rehabilitation hospital. If you ever break your back, consider Craig Hospital. I don’t know where Bentli is now and I hope we are able to reconnect and record an update soon. Enjoy!

  • Episode 5 - Rick Jackson

This conversation is another recorded in 2017. I met Rick while I was working a part time job for Bath Fitter. I was sitting at a bath tub display at the Iowa State Fair and he and his wife wandered through. They had the most welcoming demeanor and I was able to get Rick's number. We later scheduled a phone interview and this episode holds our conversation. I was so encouraged by Rick and so grateful for his willingness to speak with me, having no real idea who I was. What a gift!

About Oops I Missed Church

From the publisher's feed

In January of 2017, KMZN of Oskaloosa, Iowa gave Oops I Missed Church a platform. Originally four hours long; the show was recorded live, every Sunday in studio. Micah Leaverton had never hosted a radio show before but he’s always had a passion for people, music, and the mystery of G-d’s love.
