In reflection, it's been interesting to see how these two areas are intercepting as we speak. How allowing myself to explore my perspective and relationship with the two were key in this new chapter. The importance of showing up authentically both personally and digitally is a navigation on implementing boundaries, whilst leadership naturally unfolds within the space you create for yourself.
