Fear of Spiders

I was on a meditation call the other day and the topic was unconditional love. Someone in the chat wrote, “I want to love spiders.” So it got me thinking about my relationship with spiders, my almost lifelong fear of them, until “she” became a power animal for me. How can I fear someone who is here to help me?

Hypnotherapy is still an “alternative” therapy but is arguably fairly mainstream as well. I would like to touch on explaining a little more about this modality for those who are interested, or perhaps I can open the mind of some who have never considered it before. I also want to point out that therapeutic hypnotherapy is MUCH different than stage hypnotism, as you shall see with my explanation.

I find peace in nature of any kind, but I started to wonder why I was feeling the need to be with cats? So I did a little spiritual process on cats and was led to a black cat face with big eyes, Egypt and Abydos. So what is Abydos, and what is the message for me?
