After the Green Party in England and Wales gained 99 seats at the recent local elections, they now have representation on 141 councils and in Nat's part of the world, the Greens won 24 seats on Bristol City Council, now the joint largest party with Labour. It's sister party in Scotland also recorded a record eight seats at Holyrood. So what is driving this 'Green wave'? Should the country be taking the party more seriously? It is true that the media don't pay them enough attention. 

In this episode we are joined by Tabi Joy, who stood as a Green candidate for the Cheltenham Borough and Gloucestershire County Council elections. We discuss the local campaign, voting systems and what happens next.
