• Funding of economic initiatives to ease the effects of the pandemic:
Budget realignments, reduction of corporate taxes, passage of Accelerated Recovery and Investments Stimulus for the Economy or ARISE Philippines Act in the Lower House.
• Lawyers and the pandemic:
“Lawyers’ role very important, there were a lot of new situations and people didn’t know how to react”.
• Courts and Covid-19:
Chance to re-evaluate their operations and take advantage of technology.
• Slow internet speed:
“We have to work on it. DICT, NTC should push telco players.”
• Resumption of classes:
No face-to-face, only blended learning.
