Are you still friends with you ex? It's always a complicated situation - with all the lingering feelings post-breakup but i've always been envious of people who have the maturity to stay friends despite that and be able to do that. Clearly, we aren't that type but in this podcast we talk about why that isn't a possibility for us and whether we /actually/ tried.
peace out

With social media and our online personality being entangled into our daily lives, how do we detach from it from our personal life? Kel shares with us some struggles she personally went through and how she managed to resolve them especially as someone with a relative following. Sak sits by her side and gives her views as a low-level social media user hahahahha. no but seriously, its easy to lose yourself when you try to upkeep an image online so this is one issue that we both do think about quite often. Hear us discuss this, share experiences and if you've ever felt the same, know that its a ~modern day stRuGgGle~ we are navigating through too. if anything here's a fistbump for being on the same boat
In this episode, we discuss the big question on whether we work for passion or the money. Perhaps as fresh graduates oozing with so much drive and passion, it's tempting to head in that direction. Our view on it is pretty similar - grow your passion on the sideline till you can financially sustain yourself with just your passion in the long term, it's like an investment for your passion!
The 5 Love Languages are the different ways of expressing and receiving love- Words of affirmation, Quality time, Receiving gifts, Acts of service, and Physical touch. To learn what is yours and the people around you's love language is something both Kel and I think is C R U C I A L. You gotta speak the same language your partner speaks to essentially, communicate, am I right, am I right? ayeeee. In this episode, we share our love languages, how we receive and give love to our friends and partners, how we navigate around finding out what works and love languages can change over time? Tune in to hear all about it!
We've all heard the stereotypes of being the last born in a family, or youngest child syndrome as they call it- is it real? Do we actually embody those stereotypes? In this episode we break down what are the common traits of the youngest child, whether we think they're true, and share stories of the advantages and the not so fun stuff about it. But hey, bottom line- we love being last borns *tongue sticking out emoji and a cool hand sign* LOL.
Toxic relationships, every been in one, heard about it, getting out to another one? What to look out for in your relationships (yes any forms of relationships) to ensure you got a healthy one, we talk all 'bout it. The takeaway here really is- its not wrong to be in one, identify it, rectify it or leave it. Sending love!!
Kel is easily the most confident person I know, she shares about how growing up with a little insecurity (find out in this episode what it is) taught her that beauty is really skin deep and it all begins from how you see yourself. We both share recounts on how we were teased when we were young but managed to find ways to grow from it and form a better relationship with ourselves. Here's a topic that is close to our heart but you bet we made it a funny one!
Introduction to Open Discussion.
Upon graduation from our respective Secondary schools, we opted for the Polytechnic (or in short, Poly) route. In this episode, we share about our journey in Poly, going to China to clear some modules, overall how we spent our 3 years there, some tips for the ones planning to go down the same route as us, our learnings, and ofcourse our downfalls too! We hope this episode sheds some light on the holistic experience we had and can perhaps even help some students in deciding where to go for their tertiary education! Once again, we are not sponsored but are definitely keen on it so NP, hit us up?
