Sometimes in this battle we face, we are overwhelmed. If we are not careful, we will convince ourselves that we are alone. Is this true? Pastor Steven teaches us that we are not alone in the battle. We are filled with God's Spirit and given God's Truth.

Although, we journey in our bodies, and though we live this life with the limitations of time and space, and health and strength. Although, we walk in the flesh and live our lives limited by who we are physically, notice we do not war according to the flesh.

As Christians, we are in a spiritual battle of some sort on a daily basis. In warfare, battles are fought on different fronts, for different reasons, and with varying degrees of intensity. The same is true in spiritual warfare. Our spiritual battles are real, even though we cannot physically see the attacker.

We often wage the wrong war. Today, Pastor Steven teaches us that the real battle is not against the people around us but the enemy who is the evil accuser. Our battle is not against flesh and blood but it is in the heavenly places. As you prepare for battle it is important to engage in the right battle.

Like a warrior knowing that he has the tools that he needs for battle, God has prepared each of us for the fight we find ourselves in. God wants us to be confident of Victory. The real question is: Are we ready for this Battle? Today, Pastor Steven encourages each of us to be ready and prepared. The battle is real, but so is the strength God gives.
