Where does therapy end and coaching begin, and can the two actually complement each other?
In this episode of Let’s Talk: Therapy vs. Coaching , I sit down with my friend Miles Rubin, MPNLP, CHt, Mindset & Performance Coach with Possibilities Unlimited Coaching and a certified hypnotherapist.
I’ll admit, I haven’t always seen eye-to-eye with the coaching world but Miles gets it. We have an open and honest conversation about the fine line between therapy and coaching, where the roles differ, where they can overlap, and why understanding those boundaries matters.
Coming from two different professional perspectives, we explore what each of us brings to the table and ultimately find a lot more common ground than you might expect.
Therapist meets coach. Different lanes. Shared goal: helping people move forward.
🎙️ Let’s talk about it!
