A raw reflection of the winter moodies from what was the emotional residue of 2025 and the less than quiet collapse of a seven‑year partnership.

In this episode, I unravel the subconscious fears that kept me tethered, limited, and looping in survival mode.

Even in the days after recording, a deeper truth surfaced: it wasn’t fate holding me back, it was my ego gripping for safety in the face of massive change.

We begin with a little catch up, midway taking us through the mind's convictions, and end with a tarot card contemplation.

*This plot and real life portal is an ode to all of us who feel underneath it all right now.*

in order to zoom out, we must first give in

The path of understanding is an infinite spiral with no end

Dream the bigger dream to overcome scarcity

so that all that is left is unlimited possibility.

☮ Happy new year! I'm finally coming back into the swing of things and what better way than to have this first month kicked off with an amazing soul sister who completely brings the love and pushes it out through the ethers to all of us! She is a certified yoga teacher, an artist, and a long time living-the-fullest-life advocate. Her presence is nothing short of a breathe of fresh air and joy filled bliss! If anything is necessary for this year ahead, I think I can speak for all of us, that these qualities in people are ones we should be eager to find and ultimately cultivate within ourselves. Thank you SO MUCH Alyssa for being on the show!!!
