When you feel anxious or stressed your fight or flight response gets triggered. With this response your focus tends to become very narrow as you rally to "survive". This meditation counteracts any habitual response you have developed through chronic or low-level states of stress, tension and anxiety by returning your focus to a more expansive and internally open way of experiencing yourself and the world around you.
