This week we're having a little natter with the joyful Grace Mouat. Grace is a musical theatre actor. She is best known as the original ‘swing’ in Six the musical, where she covered all of the roles, and for appearing in Max Martin's smash hit musical, & Juliet! Grace speaks to us about her evolving relationship with body image and diet culture, and the lack of Asian representation in the theatre industry. She was utterly candid and we're sure her words will resonate with so many folk. Please do spread the word by telling your pals, subscribing to the show and leaving a juicy review.

TW - Suicide is discussed briefly in a general sense so please don't click through to this episode if it's going to be triggering.
This week we were joined in our virtual studio by the actual, real-life, award-winning comedian, Sarah Keyworth! Sarah was nominated for Best Newcomer in the Edinburgh Comedy Awards in 2018 for her debut hour, Dark Horse and currently has a four-part comedy series on BBC Radio 4 titled, Are You a Boy or a Girl? Sarah brought us some ace difficult conversations: she came out to her cousin to the sound of a VERY APT SONG, explained suicide to a child, and confronted a uni girlfriend with a tricky convo about their sex life. Oh it's a good one!

Char talks beautifully about her experiences as an Autistic, Black, Indian Lesbian and her commitment to lifting up those in the queer community who aren't in the position to safely be who they are. She speaks about the importance of setting boundaries as a neurodiverse person and says that, when social media becomes an overwhelming space, she can always rely on "real life likes" from the people in her real life life.
